"I engaged Archicraft Designs back in 2021-22 on an extension project that was more complex than usual, due to the planning restrictions and inherent limitations.

I am so grateful to have Sam working with me throughout the lengthy process from creative ideas on space utilisation, pre-application meetings, final submission and structural drawings post approval.

As said given the complexity, it was first refused by the council due to few technical in its planning policy. But instead of giving up, we thoroughly analysed the Officer’s Report and came up with practical ideas for amendments to resubmit. Sam went a step further by connecting a planning consultant (great advice that saved the project) who helped fine-tuning our resubmission and that got the Planning Officer to agree with our amendments.

One thing must add, Sam didn’t just simply do his drawings. It was also his professionalism, responsiveness and technical knowledge being the keys to success for my project’s timely completion."
